Sefer HaBahir 68
1His students asked Rabbi Rachumai, "Why is it written, 'A prayer of Habakkuk the propphet, on Shigionot' (Habbakkuk 3:1)?" [He answered,] "Prayer [תפלה] — it should have said 'praise' [תהלה]! But everyone who turns his heart from the toils of the world and gazes into the workings of the chariot is received before the Blessed Holy One as if he had prayed the entire day, as it is said, 'prayer'. What is shigyanot’ [שגיונות]? As it is written, 'Stray [תשגה] in your love of her always' (Proverbs 5:19). And what is this? The workings of the chariot, as is written, 'YHVH, I have heard of Your renown; I am awed' (Habakkuk 3:2)."
