Tao Te Ching 7

1Heaven is long-enduring and earth continues long. The reason why heaven and earth are able to endure and continue thus long is because they do not live of, or for, themselves. This is how they are able to continue and endure.

2Therefore the sage puts his own person last, and yet it is found in the foremost place; he treats his person as if it were foreign to him, and yet that person is preserved. Is it not because he has no personal and private ends, that therefore such ends are realised?

WEBREATH · 11:11

«Giving undivided attention to the vital breath, one can become as a tender babe» — Tao Te Ching 10

Breath is one for all: everyone lives by it, whoever they are and whatever they believe. Every day at 11:11 local time people stop for sixty seconds, breathe, and thank GOD for the breath — each in their own words, each within themselves. In that minute we are One Breath.

WEBREATH — the Minute at 11:11, your own local time — we are One Breath
