Sefer HaBahir 9

1[Rabbi Amorai continued,] "Why is it written 'He will inherit (ירשה)' (Deuteronomy 33:23)? It would have sufficed to say 'inherit' (רש) [in the imperative form]. Rather, even the Blessed Holy One is included, and thus, it is, 'inherit Yah [ירשה = רש יה]. To what is this comparable? To a king who had two treasuries and set aside one of them. After many days [literally, 'at the end days'], he said to his son, 'Take what there is in these two treasuries.' The son said, 'Perhaps he did not give me what he set aside.' He [the king] said, ‘Take everything.' And so it was written 'West and south, inherit Yah' (Deuteronomy 33:23) Inherit Yah and He will give you everything — if only you would guard My way."
