1[He continued,] "And further, since there is no judgment if there is no wisdom, as indeed, it is said, 'YHVH gave wisdom to Solomon' (1 Kings 5:26), and afterwards he judged his judgment by his measure. As it is said, 'When all Israel heard the decision that the king had rendered, they stood in awe of the king; for they saw that he possessed divine wisdom to execute justice' (1 Kings 3:28)."**[Ed. - Sefer Bahir has two different section-numbering systems.
