1ขอสาบานด้วยต้นมะเดื่อและต้นมะกอก
2และด้วยภูเขาฎูรซีนาย
3และด้วยเมืองนี้ที่ปลอดภัย
4โดยแน่นอนเราได้บังเกิดมนุษย์มาในรูปแบบที่สวยงามยิ่ง
5แล้วเราได้ให้เขากลับสู่สภาพที่ตกต่ำ ที่ตกต่ำยิ่ง
6นอกจากบรรดาผู้ศรัทธาและประกอบสิ่งดีงามทั้งหลาย โดยที่สำหรับพวกเขาจะได้รับรางวัลอย่างไม่มีที่สิ้นสุด
7ดังนั้นอะไรเล่าที่ทำให้เขาปฏิเสธเจ้าในภายหลังเกี่ยวกับการตอบแทน
8มิใช่อัลลอฮฺดอกหรือ เป็นผู้ตัดสินที่ดีเยี่ยมในหมู่ผู้ตัดสินทั้งหลาย
