1Ninayainua macho yangu kwako, kwako wewe ambaye kiti chako cha enzi kiko mbinguni.
2Kama vile macho ya watumwa yatazamavyo mkono wa bwana wao, kama vile macho ya mtumishi wa kike yatazamavyo mkono wa bibi yake, ndivyo macho yetu yamtazamavyo Bwana Mungu wetu, mpaka atakapotuhurumia.
3Uturehemu, Ee Bwana, uturehemu, kwa maana tumevumilia dharau nyingi.
4Tumevumilia dhihaka nyingi kutoka kwa wenye kiburi, dharau nyingi kutoka kwa wenye majivuno.
